Description

Flora de Sauipe is a 4-bedroom luxury villa in the Quintas do Sauipe condominium within the Costa do Sauipe resort in Bahia, Brazil. It is positioned in a peaceful corner at the far end of the condominium, and the condominium is naturally separated from the rest of the resort by the lagoon, which surrounds the condominium on three sides. The villa sits in a large landscaped garden, surrounded by natural vegetation and palm trees, living up to its name 'Flower of Sauipe'. It features magnificent views across the lagoon to the sea, which are breath-takingly beautiful at sunrise and sunset. A private beach, with its own bar, can be reached either by a tranquil walk along the shore line of the lagoon, or more directly by the boat provided by the condominium.

The outdoor leisure area of the villa comprises a veranda that wraps around the front and side of the house, facing the pool on one-side and the lagoon and sea on the other. The veranda naturally divides into an area to relax, with wicker seats and hammocks, and an outside dining area. It is connected by floral-covered pergola to a deck and stone patio area surrounding a spacious 12 x 8 m pool, with a shallow section ideal for children. Adjacent to the pool there is a an outdoor kitchen, with built-in BBQ, and bathroom. The 'kitchen' provides a dining area and houses that all important fridge for cool drinks. Forming a cozy corner, there is a dry sauna with its own shower that leads to stone steps descend to a Jacuzzi, which can accommodate 4 people in a tranquil space ringed by palms. There is a waterfall, made from natural stone, which can also be used for hydro-massage, completing the range of relaxation therapies.

Inside the villa there is an open-plan living, come dining, room, with a fitted kitchen on one side; and on the other, an en-suite bedroom. The kitchen leads to a utility area, with washing machine, and bathroom and storage room. Patio doors stretch across the entire front of the living room, providing magnificent views across the lagoon. There are three more en-suite bedrooms upstairs, all with sea views, that are furnished to a high standard and all have LCD TVs. The upstairs master-suite, with a Jacuzzi bath, features a massive veranda with panoramic views out to sea, which is a particularly enchanting place to watch the sun rise and set. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the other two each have two single-beds.

The condominium has a club house, with free access to large and small swimming pools, surrounded by sunbeds. The club is equipped with a work-out academy, tennis courts, squash court, pool room, children`s play room, café-internet room, cinema room, where you can play your own DVDs on a big screen, bar and restaurant, serving local dishes and sea food. There is a wet sauna and massages can be booked on request.
