Description

A beautifully spacious 4 bedroom villa situated in Cabanas, Eastern Algarve. Based in the quaint fishing village of Cabanas, close to the stunning city of Tavira, this villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and its own private swimming pool. It is located within walking distance of Benamor Golf Club, Cabanas town centre and Isla Cabanas (Isla Tavira). The villa is also a 2 minute walk from Conceicao train station, from where you are a 5 minute train journey from Tavira. The villa is complete with a secure gated driveway, beautifully tiled back yard area complete with private swimming pool and outdoor shower, outdoor eating area with table and chairs, large modern gas BBQ and private sunbathing roof terrace.

The south facing pool terrace is fully equipped with 8 cushioned sun loungers, small drinks tables, plus parasol and a large banquet patio table with seating for up to 8 people. There are pool lights for night swimming. We provide up to 8 beach/pool towels so no need to bring your own.

Inside the villa is extremely spacious and modern and is finished to a very high standard. Each bedroom is finished with a king bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and mirror. Each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms has its own private balcony. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, and there is also a family bathroom upstairs. The fully tiled luxury bathrooms have either bath, shower, bidet, WC and vanity unit or 2 have shower rather than bath/shower. Downstairs is one of the four bedrooms, complete with en suite shower room, a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with a large flat screen television. The lounge/dining area is exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. It has a large TV with DVD player and a modern stereo system offering a CD player and radio. An open fireplace and 3 sets of patio doors lead to the and south-facing pool terrrace. Also games / DVDs / CDs/ Books. The kitchen is large and fitted with all mod cons including fridge/freezer, oven with extractor fan , dish washer and washer/dryer.

Overall this is a superb property, finished to a very high standard and located in a prime location for relaxing, beaches, bars, restaurants, golf and fishing amongst many other possible activities. With the easy access from Faro airport and so much to do in the area, this villa is perfect for families looking for a relaxing holiday in a stunning part of the Algarve.

“The Best Villa for a large family”

We are just home from a fantastic week in the villa. There is absolutely no way to fault it from the moment we met the lovely host Ann to all the facilities available to us. Home from home and we can't wait to return again.

“Villa in Cabanas”

Had a fantastic family holiday( 6 adults , 2 children). The villa was brilliant for us. It had everything you could need to make a relaxing holiday. The rooms were spacious, and having 4 bathrooms was great. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Ann was there to welcome us and made sure there was a cot and high chair at the villa for the toddler. Brilliant having your own pool and sun beds! We had a car just for convenience but there’s a supermarket within walking distance. Loved it, would definitely like to go back.

“Fantastic Villa, Great Location”

Had a wonderful week in this Villa for a family holiday of 9 people (6 Adults, 2 Teenagers and 1 Baby) , Adam and Anne were both very accomodating and organised a Cot, Highchair and Pushchair for us and were also very helpful throughout the whole booking process. The villa is situated within quick walking distance to some very good restaurants (Vert In, Rota Dos Sabores, Daboca and Jolly Sailor to name a few) and also a quick walk to take you to the train station where you can venture further afield to Tavira, Faro etc. I highly recommend this as a location to stay if you want to experience a quiet relaxing holiday with high quality local food nearby
