Description

Just 250 metres from a sandy beach is this comfortable, well equipped holiday home. It is located within Freshwater Bay Holiday Village, a quiet friendly holiday park in a rural setting.

The exterior of this property is finished in attractive nautical blue weatherboard.

This versatile holiday home can accommodate up to 6 persons. In addition to the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room, there is a separate ground floor room with a daybed which can either be used as a 2nd sitting room or a 3rd bedroom, depending on the needs of the group. This room has French doors opening onto a private rear patio garden. The kitchen facilities include a fridge, freezer, hob, oven and microwave oven.

On the first floor are a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a fully tiled shower room. The rear bedroom has views over fields.

There is WiFi and a telephone line for incoming calls.

It is one of very few 3 bedroom holiday homes in Freshwater Bay Holiday Village, the vast majority being two bedroom. It is also one of the nearest to the beach.

This property has very reasonable rates for a property in such a good location in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. No need to drive to the coast each day - you will already be there. Beautiful Freshwater Bay, the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Freshwater East Nature Reserve will all be on your doorstep. And when you want to go further afield there is plenty to see and do in the area - castles, beauty spots, picturesque seaside towns, gardens, woodland, theme parks, golf, fishing, surfing and much much more.

“Just perfect”

This holiday house is 5 mins walk to beach and has a lovely view over the hills. It is well equipped and comfortable, with the extra room providing great extra space. It is in a great location to tour the beautiful south Pembrokeshire coastline.

“Birthday trip”

Booked for my daughters 3 birthday, we knew it was a bit far out from everywhere but provided a good base camp to travel from everyday to things we wanted to do folly farm etc. was good value for money. Not a lot to do at the holiday village it’s self there is a club house and a beach across the road but if your willing to travel lovely quiet little place. Lots of walks around which we didn’t do as it was October. All in all a good few days away. The accommodation was basic but clean and tidy and included WiFi as no phone signal. Everything needed was to hand.

“wow perfect for a great holiday”

Barnacle 21 freshwater east was the perfect 3 bedroom chalet for us (3 a adults and 3 children aged 4, 6 & 8). we have been coming to this park for the past 8 years and this was the best stay by far. the owners (jenny and carl) had bought in beach chairs, a wind break and body boards as we did not have space in our car to bring these things...how thoughtful!

“Lived up to my expectations as a peaceful, relaxing holiday.”

The accommodations was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There was a quiet little spot to sit outside where all we could hear was sheep and birds and the occasional car. The beach was a few minutes walk from the accommodation and was quiet and unspoiled. We walked on he beach every evening. There was details of coastal path walks in the accommodation and we did the short one to Swanlake Bay. The walk was a little hard as I was only wearing pumps but it was so worth it. There was a pub not too far away where they served meals and a garage but if you wanted anything more you need to travel into Tenby. I will booking this accommodation again. Can't wait!

“Excellent value for money”

Accommodation was very clean and well presented and completely met our expectations. The owners were attentive, calling by to check that we'd settled in ok and ensuring we had contact details in the event of any problems. Location ideal, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and very quiet at the time of our visit.

“Fabulous family friendly holiday apartment”

We have stayed in Barnacle for a number of years in Freshwater East. Ideal location, 2 minutes from a lovely clean beach and surrounding areas to explore. Spacious apartment with all you need for a relaxing break. Very clean and tidy, never any problems. Great place to stay to visit surrounding areas such as Tenby, Pembroke and Manobier.
