Description

In the autumn of 2012 we started with the rental of our exclusive apartments and penthouse located in the friendly village Gulluk. A relaxed, exclusive and yet traditional, vibrant and affordable town with many nice restaurants, bars and lounge terraces. Gulluk is a small fifteen minute drive from the airport and nearby the bustling town of Bodrum.

Our apartments are located directly on the beach and on the promenade with plenty of nice bars and restaurants. Due the unique free location of the apartments on the hill-side you can enjoy a beautiful view over the open sea so you will experience the ultimate feeling of freedom and space.

If you are looking for a lovely sun and relaxing holiday in a luxurious yet quiet apartment with excelent service, on a prime location at the beach and the boulevard of a pictures and welcoming Turkish village, then you are definitely at the right address.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
