Our one or two bedroom Casitas at Prado Pacifico are the perfect option. You can enjoy a fully self-contained house with a PRIVATE pool, private parking area, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (check out our pictures to get an idea of just how private and separate the houses are).

Our casitas have been cleaned and disinfected so you can rest assured that the environment is fully sanitized for you and your family.

Set in a secluded valley but still in Jaco and less than 2 km from the beach this one bedroom home (61 sq metres / 650 sq ft) with PRIVATE pool and private parking has a beautiful valley and mountain view is the perfect get away. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large bedroom, sofa bed, comfy beds and plush towels, AC, ceiling fans, and a covered terrace.

The property is only minutes by car (2 km) from the beach or the centre of Jaco and ideal for longer term rentals. We will provide you with a list of restaurants that are providing delivery services or you can use the BBQ and kitchen and prepare your own meals and enjoy them on the terrace overlooking tropical gardens or pool side.

The living/dining area in the house leads to a covered terrace with a table for outdoor dining. There is a wall safe, ceiling fans throughout and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also is air-conditioned.

The house is tastefully furnished and features local art and pottery. The linens are of the highest quality. All windows and doors have screens.

A small PRIVATE swimming pool with jacuzzi jets is situated beside the house and the house is surrounded with lush tropical gardens

Other things to note

•The house has Wifi but from a cellular network that at times is not the fastest.... Remember you are in a small town in Costa Rica and the infrastructure is not up to North American standards.

•Pets are permitted with prior notice and our approval.

•We offer huge discounts for longer rentals. Please check with us about our weekly and monthly rates.

•For longer visits, the weekly cleaning and linen change is an additional cost.

-This is not a party house. For the sake of others quiet time is 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- ONLY plastic bottles and glassware in or around the pool
-Dogs are allowed with our consent. Guests must clean up after their pet & are responsible for damage caused by their pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Pets should not be left unattended & dogs that bark kept under control.
-Smoking permitted on the covered terrace and outdoor areas.
-For rentals over a week additional cleaning charges apply.

Close to clean beaches, friendly people, great native food. Loved the private pool. Jaco Beach is a lively tourist town with lots to do and plenty of shopping close by.

How do damage deposits work?
