Description

Welcome to our happy little beach house!

The holiday park includes on-site entertainment, bar with pool table and dart board, restaurant, outdoor children's play area and indoor heated swimming pool. There is also an on-site laundrette, a Chinese takeaway and Fish & Chip shop just across the road along with a small shop and pub.

The beach can be accessed via the back gate of the park and down some steps, alternatively you can walk or drive 5 mins to easier access,

The chalet has bright, modern furnishings with a comfy living area and family bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor offers a master double bedroom with shower room and balcony, there is a further double bedroom and also a smaller bedroom with children's bunk beds and an upstairs toilet.

Outside there is a covered porch and shared lawns. Just a few steps away from the pool, bar and children's play area, our chalet is conveniently located for immediate access to all the onsite amenities. Local family attractions can be found in both Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, a short drive away.

The chalet has recently undergone some updating and we will continue to make improvements wherever we can.

“Basic and could do with a deep clean/updating.”

We stayed here for a midweek break. Was a lovely resort (pool wasn’t the cleanest with bits floating around in it) bar area was clean and nice play area outside. Can not access beach from resort but not too far to walk. Lovely view from house, it had been cleaned just before we arrived as cleaners were leaving but were cobwebs and spiders in most corners, kitchen was small and basic. Oven was greasy and dirty. Living area was adequate and comfortable. Bathroom was again in need of a deep clean, seals around shower screen mouldy and black and dead flies on floor and window ledge. Upstairs toilet doesn’t have a sink, which was strange. Bedroom en-suite basic but usable. Bedrooms were actually the nicest part of the house, especially the view from main bedroom (see pics). Outside of house could do with a clean and clear up. Overall we had a nice week but didn’t spend much time in the house and was our visiting local beaches etc.. would book one of these villas again but not sure I would pick this one.

“A lovely retreat for a weekend.”

A great house and we had a lovely weekend. Although the house is stated fully equipped you need to take tea towels, and washing up liquid and cloth. The biggest was need to bring toilet roll too. Four small children after a two hour drive ..... We also struggled with the oven which didn't see, to work correctly. Apart from the above the house was clean and was great as a base for our family visit. Thank you
