Description
Set in the lush suburb of Bergvliet, Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, Squirrel's End is a luxury cottage with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a separate bath tub and shower and a washing machine. It looks out onto a solar heated pool with outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella. It has a private barbeque facility. The cottage (and 2 other 2 sleeper cottages) is on the same 1000 sq meter erf as the home owner. The living areas of the home owner and cottage occupants are on opposite sides so there is plenty of living space and privacy for all. Each cottage has its own patio and outdoor furniture. The pool is for guests' use. There is garden lighting and safe parking.
Although just minutes from the main highways, once inside the property it is quiet and serene with birds and squirrels in the trees.
There are excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a 2 km radius and the Constantia Wine Route is a 10 minute drive away, Muizenberg beach a 15 minute drive away, Table Mountain a 25 minute drive away and Cape Town Airport a 20 minute drive away.
Luxury linen and towels are provided and changed regularly. The cottage is serviced daily during the week and cleaned regularly.
Airport transfers can be arranged on guests' behalf. It is, however, most convenient to have a car to get around.
What makes this holiday venue special is it's private, quiet location, outstanding service, excellent security and quick access to Cape Town's many tourist attractions.
