Stunning luxury self-catering cottages situated in the beautiful hills behind Swansea near Neath in South Wales.
Located on a 50 acre non-working farm, set in the heart of a woodland trust near Swansea and Neath. The location offers the most spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the Swansea Valley.
Peaceful location but just 10 minutes off the M4 and 15 minutes to Swansea City Centre
The cottages have been renovated to a very high standard and feature many original barn features including beams and inglenook fireplaces with logs supplied during the colder months. The Cottages also have central heating.
Each cottage can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
The cottages can be hired together to accommodate up to 18 people. Cottage 3 has facilities for the disabled.
We welcome children and cots, high chairs, safety gates and fire guards are available at no extra charge.
We also have a play area with climbing frame and swings.
Cilhendre Cottages are perfectly located for visiting the many popular attractions in South Wales such as the Brecon Beacons, Swansea, Mumbles, the mountain biking centre at Afan Argoed, Aberdulais Waterfalls and the beautiful endless beaches at the Gower.
Visitors can also enjoy the peaceful, stress-free environment to relax or you can chose from a number of local activities including walking, mountain biking, fishing, bird watching, cycling, surfing and horse riding.

“Beautiful place”
Stone barn was a beautiful place to stay.The scenery was stunning.So many places to visit around the surrounding area.We would have liked to visit more places but didant get time ,so we definetly would like to stay again .The welcome pack including flowers was a lovely touch.Nothing was to much trouble for Gareth and Dianne loveley people.Thankyou so much.

“Perfect place to stay”
The cottage was brilliant, not only in location but the spec and space inside. Very relaxing time especially with the use of the hot tub at the end of an exhausting day. Nothing was too much trouble for Diane or Gareth. If going to Wales again, would definitely try to book here again. Although 2 sofa's and an armchair provided for 6 people to use, wonder if another armchair could be provided to allow only 2 people on each sofa?

“Holiday cottage break”
Absolutely fantastic lovely area views to die for especially when sitting in the hot tub in the evening very clean and the owners very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend this place my only issue was it was a short break and could have done with it being longer but that's my problem because there is loads to do in and around the area.

“Outstanding accomodation”
The cottage was large, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Added were the spectacular views and a Jacuzzi to relax in at the end of the day exploring Wales.
