A luxury modern 3 bedroom townhouse, with a large shared swimming pool and within a small gated community of 7 townhouses which are rarely occupied (usually 2-3 houses at most are occupied, and primarily at the weekends). The house is located within minutes walk of the beaches and local amenities of this quiet, picturesque coastal village. The private roof terrace, balconies and patio provide ideal outdoor areas for socialising or relaxation in the sun.
Only 45-50 minutes by car from Lisbon airport and just south of the larger holiday town and fishing port of Peniche. Praia da Areia Branca is only a 5 minute drive from the larger town of Lourinha, with its cobbled streets, traditional shops and plenty of restaurants this is a lovely and convenient getaway. Overall, the area offers an extensive choice of beaches, historical towns and national parks, appealing to visitors of all ages and interests. An ideal base from which to explore the Silver Coast region. Whether you are looking for world class surf breaks, superior golf courses, Portuguese culture or just a quiet base from where you can sightsee and relax, this house is ideal for everyone.

“Great Town House”
We had a lovely time. The Town house was exactly as the picture showed- very stylish. The pool was lovely although very cold at the time we went. We were slightly out of season (october) but still had excellent weather and there were enough shops, cafes and retsaurants open. My partner surfs and the area is really good for that. Overall we thought the booking was really efficient and the owners didn't mind my silly emails asking about small matters. We would certainly go again

“Perfect All Around!”
We`ve had the most wonderful family holiday. The accommodations are excellent,clean and modern. A really safe and fun place for children both at the pool and nearby beautiful beaches. There are so many different and interesting half-day trips from this base on the Silver Coast. Add to this the sunshine and sea breezes with the local,friendly restaurants serving fresh fish and wonderful wines.Perfect all round !

“Ideal family holiday on the lovely Silver Coast - we look forward to coming back soon”
The Townhouse is perfect accommodation for a family holiday - a really quiet, peaceful location, but close to beaches and other facilities. The house itself is spacious, modern and very well furnished, and equipped with everything necessary (we could even watch the Olympics on BBC!). Most important, it is a very safe environment for families with young children, with loads of space inside and out for play, and a great pool. There are lovely sandy beaches nearby, some almost deserted even in July, and the Atlantic breeze makes for a perfect climate. All the restaurants locally we ate in were good value, very welcoming, and served fantastic fish and seafood, and excellent local wines. There are some great sights nearby: Obidos is a must-see, and Lisbon is within easy reach - one of Europe's most charming and best preserved cities. Finally, and best of all, the Silver Coast remains a relatively unknown region of Portugal in international terms, despite being so easily reached from Lisbon, and as such has not been impacted by mass tourism. The people are very friendly, the rugged coastline is beautiful and unspoilt, there are loads of things to do, whilst the prices are excellent value. We'll definitely be coming back.
