Description

Angelika's Residence is a three-level, 500 meters squared private luxury villa overlooking an amazing view of the sea and the islands of Moni, Angistri and a part of ancient Epidavros area. During the daylight deep blue is the dominating color, while in the afternoon and during the sunset an impressive mixture of colors amazes the guests staying at the villa. Every item in this light rustical residence was marked by the owner’s taste as it was either handpicked or handcrafted by her.

The residence is situated in the nearest island to Athens, Aegina. The villa offers its guests an opportunity to explore the rich ancient and modern history of Aegina island, the crystal-clear, deep- blue sea water of the surrounding island beaches, the rich spiritual heritage and the unique choice to enjoy both sea and mountains at the same time.

Only 40min. away from Piraeus port by ferry, the villa is an ideal choice for guests interested in combining Athens’ speedy city life and an island’s relaxing pace of life. It is easy to access the city center within less than an hour and have the opportunity of sightseeing, shopping or nightlife with an easy return back to the calm island life. This is even easier when combined with a yacht. The choices are numerous.

-1st level: separate entrance, private swimming pool, terrace, outdoors BBQ and grill, pergola with dining area, WC, sea view. The area is very spacious and ideal for parties and gatherings.
