It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, providing a peaceful, calm location for a memorable break. The accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms; a luxury shower room; utility room with washer/dryer; an open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen; dining area with table and 6 chairs and a comfortable lounge with folding doors, which open to a pretty decked area with a BBQ, providing a wonderful inside/outside space for your use.

“Relaxing, attractive and comfortable”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Halcyon - a comfortable, spacious and well appointed apartment in a quiet location with a very pleasant outlook from the sitting room and patio. An easy place to relax in. The owners are helpful but unobtrusive. We plan to return!

“Fantastic basement flat, great location and spotlessly clean.”
A great 2 bedroom basement flat close to the station (Preston Park) and Preston Park itself. Five minutes walk (if that) to the nearest bus stop that takes you down to Brighton. The flat itself is spotlessly clean and well maintained with plenty of facilites and thoughtful touches included by the owner. The beds are really comfy and the bedding and towels lovely and soft. The kitchen has lots of equipment not just the standard plates and a pan, so the option of dining at home rather than out every night is a major benefit especially with small children. The two bedrooms are tastefully decorated and there is plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. The main bedroom has a very large bed which is really comfortable and also a single sofa bed which my 6 year old enjoyed sleeping on. The only recommendation would be to take along an eyemask as the curtains are light so we did wake up early every morning when it started to get light. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and hoover in the flat and a lovely large rainfall shower with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Outside there is a small decking area which overlooks the upstairs flat's garden with a patio table and 4 chairs which we enjoyed eating breakfast on. The owners live close by and the communication from Julie was great, checking that we had settled in and if we required anything. Overall a lovely little find that we really enjoyed staying in during our visit to Brighton.
