Description

Two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the beach front in picturesque Sea Point. This apartment faces the stunning views of Lions Head.

This apartment was refurbished completely, and features flat screen TV, digital safe, hair dryer, full kitchen with oven, stove and microwave. Nespresso coffee machine. Satellite DSTV, and wifi.

The apartment is in a security controlled building with concierge on duty.

Across the rd is the stop for the tourist "on and off" bus as well as the bus to the V & A Waterfront which is 5 min drive away or a 30 min beach front walk.

Up the road one block away are banks, supermarkets, retail shops, coffee shops bars and plenty restaurants.

It is across the road from CT's biggest swimming pool complex: Sea Point pavilion public pool(sea water pool on the beach front) which only costs R14 per day.

A 10mn walk to the Greenpoint Stadium and the new Green Point Gardens and the Biodiversity park which is a 12.5 hectares featuring a large circular lawn area, known as the commmon, where there are cycle and running paths, play parks, and picnic facilities.

Response from the owner Thanks for your review. Our apartment is located on the beachfront and faces the view of Lions Head mountain. We do not state anywhere that there is a sea view - only that its location is fantastic. The pictures are completely transparent. It is stated quite clearly that there is only one bathroom. The second smaller bedroom is smaller but it does have a double bed.

Response from the owner We offer wifi and it is free but it is not unlimited. If you go over the limited amount then topping it up will be for the guests own expense. Its not expensive - 1 gig is around ZAR99. The unit is a portable one and can be carried around in a pocket anywhere in Cape Town and surrounds. As far as laundry facilities go, there are laundromats within a block of the apartment and our housekeeper can also attend to it if requested. One more note... most of the apartment blocks on the beachfront date back over 70 years or more and have character. Our apartments are all completely refurbished as per the pictures.
