BEDROOMS

The Master Bedroom Suite has its own terraces directly overlooking the Holywings Beach Club just metres away to the front and Bali’s volcanoes to the rear. The bedroom is modern contemporary and benefits from a huge dressing area and substantial bathroom with bathtub, it is the heart of luxury.

The Ocean Suite includes a hand carved English bed in traditional Edwardian style. The room opens up onto the outside dining terrace with views directly over the beautiful tropical garden and pool area. The dressing room opens into a large part-indoor and part-outdoor bathroom area with twin vanity units, traditional English bathtub and outdoor shower.

The Temple Suite is a modern suite with a private terrace overlooking the spectacular local Balinese temple with Bali's volcanoes in the background. The room features a modern stylish king double bed that can be split into two single beds if required along with a modern ensuite bathroom.

I've passed your comments about the great staff at the villa to the team, I know they absolutely loved having all of your group staying at Villa Kaira. Yes, Wayan is a Master chef and wins amazing reviews from all out guests! Thank you also for your constructive comments. I do block out the calendar on a regular basis for maintenance works at this very popular beachfront villa estate and I’ve just spent a week doing maintenance work including the kitchen area. I have also invested considerable money on installing new furnishings, it is looking more fresh and updated. The wifi has been upgraded and works very well. There was an issue during your stay with the internet provider at their central office. I’m glad to say this was all resolved and the wifi is working very well again now. Apologies once again for this issue arising which was outside or control. Thank you for staying at my villa and I hope you return to Villa Kaira or one of my other large villas in Bali in the very near future. Best wishes Craig

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
