Bathroom with shower over bath, wall hung basin and WC. Electric central heating, FreeSat TV and Broadband. Bedlinen and towels provided. Private parking. 5 mins to local railway station for direct trains to London. 40 mins to Gatwick Airport and within easy reach of the south-east Coast and the Channel Tunnel motorways. 5 mins to village pubs with restaurants in Hartfield and Cowden. No pets/no smoking and children by arrangement.

Places of interest within a very short distance are Hever Castle - home of king Henry VIII, Chartwell - country home of Sir Winston Churchill, Penshurst Place - stately home, gardens & adventure playground, Groombridge Place Gardens & Enchanted Forest, and the Ashdown Forest - home of Winnie-the-Pooh. How do damage deposits work?
