Description

This free-standing, 1 / two-bedroom condo...Open concept (including the upstairs loft) sleeps 1 to a party of 4. It is located on the first floor (upstairs) The unit is air-conditioned and has several fans. There is high speed (internet) Wi-Fi internet in the condo.

Downstairs it is equipped with an over-sized king bed with night tables...a desk…a three-seat sofa and a coffee table...and a dining table with four chairs. You have an amazing full sea view from a double window next to the bed. Hi-Speed Wi-Fi Internet. A substitute for the cable is that you will be able to hook up your phone to your Netflix - YouTube or Amazon Prime Membership to watch your favorite show on the (Smart TV). There is a stereo with CD and radio…and a DVD player. There is an ironing board and iron for your convenience. There is a full bathroom (tub w/shower) and a full kitchen which are at the end of two separate hallways, so you don't have to see them while you enjoy spending time in the main room. The kitchen has a new full-sized stove and a new full-sized refrigerator with freezer. Appliances in the kitchen include a microwave, coffee maker, blender a toaster, kettle - electric bottle and can opener.

A lovely patio can be accessed through (glass) sliding doors, so you can enjoy balmy sea breezes and a nice view of the sea. There is a table and two chairs for your outdoor convenience.

The loft, accessible by extremely comfortable spiral stairs, has two single beds. Installed is a passive solar roof ventilator to exhaust warm air from the loft. There is a dresser… lamps and a fan.

 Sunshine Village complex is a unique complex - A combination of residential and commercial areas.

Security officers patrolling the property - Including 24-hour camera surveillance...Housekeeping and laundry service available by request (for a fee). Please make contact with owner or agent.

A vast parking lot... a well-stocked supermarket (on the ground floor). Restaurants and wine bar at the food court - To cater for your daily taste of varieties of tasty meals.

A travel agency (NTS) National Travel Service... All the shopping you will ever need, including souvenirs and gifts to take back home to family and friends...duty free shops...gifts shops...clothing stores.... FedEx...Western Union...FX Trader (currency exchange) ...Radio station. The entire food court is upgraded, and the restaurants are open to serve you. The restaurant are couple steps away from your condo.

Recent attraction(s) A spectacular fun park (Sunshine Kiddies Park) a fully equipped area to entertain the kids and adults - ice cream parlor - and much more...All under one roof!

Getting around

A car is not needed around town...There are cabs available (upon recommendations) if you need to go on the Westend of Negril or out of town.

Interaction with guest

The condo owner and agent will be available to assist you with your needs. The condo owner will also be available on the phone. There is an additional (local) cellphone for those who will need it. Initially, the phone will be equipped with a minimum amount of call time for emergency. Please feel free to go to a local Flow store to purchase additional call time or purchase can me made online Flow's website. There is a lockbox, for the guests who will be arriving late hours. You will be guided to the gate, by the security officer. Prior to check in - You will be given the access code.
