Description
Villa "Pearl of the Sea" is a beautiful villa located in front of the sandy beach with its crystal clear water. This beach extends for miles and miles either to east or west and gives you the possibility to relax, to walk along the shore or just to sunbathe. Nevertheless, there is a wide swimming pool (5,5 m * 11 m + round entrance/ 1,40 m deep) in the property for your private use - that can also be heated - where you can swim and have fun whenever you want. During the evening you will enjoy also its play of colors. Pool has a mid-height cover for colder days. So, do you want to have a sunny and quiet holiday staying all day long at the beach of our clear water? You're just on the right place!!! Do you want to have a swim in the fresh clean water of a cared swimming pool? You have found what suits you!! Whatever you need or want, you can find it here. It's a villa, with a swimming pool and a wide green lawn, 2 bedrooms (1 double; 1 with two bunk beds + a single bed if needed) It can be added 1 double + a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom, a washroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a wide dining-room. All furniture has a modern design. There are two terraces with a stunning view on our sea, which is only 100 meters far. In brief, it's like a little resort where you are on your own and with all your privacy. On the terraces you can taste our best Italian food and drink comfortably Sicilian wine (Alcamo is well-known for it's "Bianco D'Alcamo DOP"). Children are welcome and they will have THE holiday they'll never forget. They can play all around on the green lawn. The property is very comfortable and it is a green spot surrounded by the infinite sea, that's why we call it our "pearl of the sea" (Perla del Mare). On foot (very close, because it's the last house at the end of the road) you can reach the sandy beach with it's kilometers/miles long shore where you can have your walks. On the swimming pool side of the villa there is also a little woods and you can breath iodine air mixed with a fragrance of eucalyptus. Depending on your mood you can find what you want. For your own security - but you can also ask us to switch the system off, if you prefer - some areas of the outside of the villa are equipped with a CCTV video surveillance system. Car is advised if you want to go around and visit also places related to art, history, natural reserves or have a picnic on our Monte Bonifato (7 km about far). What is better than going around in our beautiful Sicily and then coming back "home" and have a swim in the sea or in the swimming pool? And what if you decide to have a bath also in the night in our colour-lighted swimming pool?!? The pool will be cleaned even on its ground and the garden cared almost daily, (you won't notice it since it will be doing in the early morning while you are sleeping). Max two times a week there is mowing of the lawn included especially during the summer days when the lawn grows quickly. The next convenient supermarket is at almost 4 km, even if there are other little grocery shops at almost 1,5 km of distance. These last one are open only during the summer days. You can find hot croissant in the morning and restaurant at midday at the beach club on the beach that is only 100 m far (open usually from mid-June to mid-September). The next nearest restaurants are at about 2 km. The beach is really beautiful with its crystal-clear water.You go just a few minutes on foot and you can stay directly on the beach of our Mediterranean Sea. But really few minutes: it's only 100 meters far. But if you prefer, when the sun is setting, you can admire the most beautiful sunsets directly from the balcony. If you like, there are many possibilities of enjoying sea life. Hire boats, have short day cruises and whatever you want. If you think you might need something, just ask and we are at your disposal to give you the right tips and help you. “Amazing Vacation!”

“Fabulous”
My family and I have just stayed at the villa. We do villa holidays every summer as we have 4 children and it just works better for us. This has to be one of the best villas we’ve stayed in. The view, quality of the villa and more than anything the outside area was amazing. The pool was the perfect size for my youngest daughter who wasn’t tall enough to stand but with a swallow edge all around the pool she could swim to safety easily. The pool was larger than other pools we’ve had so all of as could play around on inflatables easily. The outside area was lovely and having several different areas you could relax in meant you could have a peaceful moment on your own if you wanted to. The beach was busy at weekends so we used it during the week and was also lovely. We visited Erice and would recommend this as it’s beautiful and the children enjoyed walking the little streets and there was a pleasant breeze which was nice on a hot day. We drove the short distance to Castallammere del Golfo on our second night for dinner and returned there every evening as it wasn’t too far away and there was an abundance of restaurants to try. It was a pretty, what I’d call, typical Italian village, not overly touristy, but pleasant that you didn’t feel like an intruder. Sonja the villa owner was incredibly helpful on the run up to the holiday regarding any questions I had and after our check in I was told to contact her if there was anything we needed that the villa did not have and she’d organise for it to be with us ASAP. However, there was nothing as the villa was very well equipped and maintained. The pool and poolside area were cleaned every morning so we woke up to folded towels on sunbeds and a nice clean pool. Would highly recommend this villa
