This top tier villa features a new fully equipped gourmet kitchen, new bathrooms, upscale and comfortable decor and artwork, large flat screen TV's in all main rooms, fully air conditioned, quality linens, all amenities and no detail has been overlooked for quality. Seaview has an eco friendly solid mahogany kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and Cuisenart stainless steel countertop appliances.
The great room has a relaxed, sophisticated ambiance with sleek furnishings from Braxton Culler’s Meridian Collection, modern Tech-Craft entertainment center, 40 inch wall mounted Smart flat screen tv, Bose sound system, 5 CD disc player and an LG dvd player.
The subtle elegance is shown throughout from the new powder room to the classy master bedroom suite and new bath ensuite along with the marble walk in large shower.
Each bedroom features a wall mounted flat screen LED Vizio 32 inch tv, dvd player, king sized bed, Sealy Posturepedic mattress, chest, mirror, dresser, & air conditioning, large walk in marble showers.
Outdoor features will include propane gas grill, comfortable and chic outdoor furniture, pool floats and for your island beach pleasure quality beach chairs and beach cooler. The pool deck is furnished with crisp white Pollywood patio furniture and a blue Minden outdoor gas grill. The 12x20 private pool is heated so during the cooler months the pool temperature will remain constant in the low 80’s for your swimming pleasure.
Every attention to detail has been taken into consideration, from the quality bed linens to our high end dishes, glassware, cutlery, cloth dinner napkins, as well as our oversized beach towels and beach equipment.

“Holidays in St Croix”
We spent Christmas and New Year in St Croix with friends. Everything, from the well equipped kitchen, to the comfortable beds, was wonderful! And, the view!!! We will be back!
