Enjoy ‘Easy Livin'', perched atop one of the highest dunes in Duck in this outstanding Outer Banks vacation property!
Your very own Outer Banks vacation spot provides a bird's eye view of the surrounding landscape. Prepare your meals while enjoying the sound and partial ocean views from the kitchen. There are five decks for your viewing pleasure, two ocean side decks, and two sound side decks plus your private hot tub deck with access from the two main bedrooms. The top-level decks offer partial ocean views and sound views from the west top decks, which also provide awe-inspiring viewing of incoming and departing thunderstorms as well as stargazing. Plus, less than a 5-minute walk to the ocean or sound. You may enjoy hours of sun by the private pool, situated for the afternoon and evening sun. A private hot tub deck is a romantic location for relaxing while viewing the constellations and shooting stars. Your property is based on a reverse floor plan; dining and living rooms are located on the top-level along with decks with views. A gas grill is also located on a small concrete patio near the outside shower. Deck and pool furniture are provided. Ceiling fans are located on the top-level and mid-level King and Queen bedrooms.

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

“It was nice.”
The service was ok. The washer was broken and had been for some time. It was replaced on Thursday before we left on Saturday. The door on the top floor was in bad condition. Also the cooling syste… More

Response from the manager Ms. Beall, Thank you for posting your review of "Easy Livin'" in Duck. We are glad you were pleased with the location, cleanliness, and value of this property. We do apologize for the washer breaking down during your stay. We acually had not had a problem with the washer before the Wednesday of your stay, and we did dispatch the repair man the same day. When it was determined that a repair was not prudent we did get the washer replaced the day after you first called to report the problem. We've not heard from anyone regarding the a/c issues in the house, but will be sure to follow up on those for the comfort of future guests. We are glad you had a good time, and hope to see you again soon! All the best from the beach!

“First time at the Beach”
Easy Livin is a nice house. Needs a little TLC, but worked well for our vacation. Speically for the price. Three floors will work your legs (strech out before running up and down the stairs all day)… More
