At Cala Gonone, just 300m from the sea and 600m from the town centre, we offer you the perfect rental home for enjoying your wonderful holiday. The area is characterised by a landscape of rare beauty, facing directly on to the stunning gulf of Orosei, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over Cala Gonone, renowned for its beaches, crystalline water and untouched nature.
In these lovely surroundings sits the house, which offers all the comforts for a holiday of relaxation, fun and sophistication. It is a short distance from the centre of the town, which is full of people in summer thanks to the numerous bars, pubs, restaurants and attractions that make every evening a pleasant one. The location of the house lets you both appreciate the peace and quiet and enjoy the fun of night life. Casa Gianni is the ideal base for exploring the wonderful land of Sardinia, with its unspoilt beaches, bays, coasts and even mountains for those who love walking, trekking or excursions. The house has an independent entrance. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with kitchenette, a bathroom and a garden and terrace with barbecue. It is all developed on one level. The total number of bed spaces is 4+2, as the sofa bed in the lounge becomes a comfortable double bed.N.B. The bed sheets and towels are not included.
