Welcome to our beautiful ground floor 3 bedroom apartment for rent Complete with Air-Con & WiFi on the Condado de Alhama Golf & Lesuire Resort.

Our apartment is situated in an excellent position on Jardin 7 within a Mediterranean style garden with a communal pool complete with childrens pool area. The apartment is ideal for sport enthusiasts or if you just want a relaxing family holiday with all the comforts.

Our apartment at Jardines de Alhama nestles into lush gardens and, set in park areas, they seem to blend into the garden itself. There is ample pedestrianized areas within the resort, designed to permit the appreciation of the wide variety of plant life. There are cycle lanes as well as a large open area to take a stroll in. In the centre of each of these parks is a swimming pool which adapts perfectly to its natural surroundings and includes childrens play areas for their enjoyment and their parents peace of mind

The apartment sleeps up to 5 people and has ample front and rear terraces at garden level, preserving the privacy of the property and subtly harmonising with the surrounding verdure.

This 3 bedroom Ground floor apartment is fully air-conditioned tastefully furnished in a contemporary style and is in an excellent position close to the communal pool and views of the sports complex from the back patio.The apartment is family and child friendly and we offer guest free use of our child Strollers,High Chair and Baby Monitors.The apartment is within a two minute walk to the onsite Sports Bar and facilities.

After an enjoyable day playing golf,a trip to the beach or just lying by the pool relax in comfort in the large lounge or open you patio doors and dine ‘al fresco’l in your exclusive large front patio area,and watch the world go by.

Entertainment

For your entertainment there is a widescreen 32" LCD TV. Also a DVD with a large selection of popular childrens and family films,for the kids or adults there is a Xbox360 with a selection of family games, or relax listening to the latest sound on you very own ipod music system.Wifi is also included in your stay.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite worktops it has a full range of high quality cookware and utensils if you intend to cook those gourmet meals. Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, grill, kettle, iron, ironing board, microwave and hob.There is also a purifier meaning the water can be used straight from the tap.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a double bed.The bedroom also has fitted double wardrobes for all you storage. From the bedroom french doors lead onto a terrace with a patio furniture set to enjoy the morning or evening sun and a pair of loungers for sunbathing.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has twin single beds. This bedroom also has fitted double wardrobes for all your storage.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom again is a lovely room with a single bed again with fitted wardrobes. There is also a travel cot, baby monitor and high chair situated in the wardrobe of this room.

“Loved it ❤️”

A marvellous place to go as a group of families. Loads to do, plenty of space and a real family feel. The apartment had everything we needed including air conditioning and free WiFi. I can’t recommend it enough and we’ll definitely be back soon.

“Filthy and dated”

Arrived 12th Aug for 2 weeks. The place was filthy and very dated. The outside furniture was not the same as shown in the photos. The pillows stank and need to be thrown away. The bbq was so dirty, you couldn’t use it and the extractor fan had grease an inch thick on it. There was an old bike in the garden and I could go on! After a few days, I decided to contact the owner with a polite email to provide feedback. His response was thay the furniture had faded in the sun and I should have contacted the onsite key holders with issues. He didn’t want to know. We considered moving out but due to the fact we had already paid over £800 for the apartment, we couldn’t afford to. As we couldn’t cook there due to the filth, we had to eat out and spent much more than our budget. The kids were fed up and none of us could wait to leave. This is definitely not luxury. Very very disappointed. Completely ruined the holiday we had saved up for all year.

Response from the owner This renter decided to wait 3 whole days before deciding the apartment was not clean on arrival, I suggested she contact the onsite keyholders who would deal with any issues however she never did. The owner is very interested however being in the UK the best people to deal with any so called cleaning issues would be the onsite keyholders !!! !. The outside furniture is not the same as the picture as it has been replaced only 6 mths ago with a brand new set. 2.There is a sign on the gas BBQ asking guests to clean after use however this would burn off when heated or the grill stream can be easily removed and simply wiped clean 3.The extractor fan is thick with grease, This fan is under 1year old and on a holiday apartment hardly likely to be thick with grease. 4.Renters like yourself not leaving your compulsory end of stay clean and instead slating a perfectly usable apartment is typical of your comments.

Response from the owner Unfortunately this renter did not leave their end of stay payment to the onsite keyholders, They waited 3 days before advising they were not impressed with the clean why would you wait and not instantly contact the onsite keyholders ???. They also stayed the duration of their stay and did not move out into a local hotel as stated. Found a “coachroach” and stated that in past experience likely to be infested - The apartment is fitted with flyscreens on all wdws and doors.

“Great week”

Stayed last week of July 2017. The apartment is one of the nicest we have stayed in so far on the resort the beds are all super comfortable and the outdoor seating areas were also so comfy. The kitchen living area is bright and surprisingly spacious was more like a mini bungalow in my eyes. There is a huge BBQ on the front terrace although we never took the opportunity to use it but if staying longer it would definitely come in handy. The fact that the apartment has air conditioning in all rooms was a god send and made the trip even more comfortable. The pool is literally a few steps from front door aswell as a great wee park for little ones. There is a club house behind which did decent bacon rolls n coffee in the morning however the rest of the food was not very good at all but great drinks lol. Al Kazar has many restaurants and bars and we even got a Chinese delivered one of the nights!! The house was equipped with a great information pack that was really helpful and a nice touch. All in all I would highly recommend this apartment and hopefully have the pleasure of staying again soon. Thank you
