A stylish two bedroom apartment with sole use of the beautiful swimming pool. The property has wonderful views of the ancient town of Amelia which is a short drive away. The owner lives on site and is always willing to help and guide the guests. Rome is a 45 minutes train ride away. The property has been enjoyed by couples with young children. The property combines the peace of the countryside with the ease of access to some of Italy's most beautiful hilltop towns. There is a bread/pizza oven!

“Hard to find fault”

We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment. The garden and pool are lovely and the location is beautiful with good access to Rome and many other interesting places. The owner is really charming and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. Fantastic. Tim and Caroline Page.

How do damage deposits work?
