Villa Givera is truly an exceptional property nestled in a peaceful hillside location only 5km far from Rethymnon, the town of beautiful sunsets. This lovely property offers privacy, peace of mind and complete relaxation thanks to its privileged location and the overwhelming and unobstructed views to the clear blue sky, the Cretan countryside with the olive groves and the inviting Aegean Sea. The villa boasts a spacious, well appointed interior (130sqm) with wooden ceiling and stone tile details, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in its 3 airy and sunny bedrooms. The big spaces, the classy decor, the large terrace with its lovely sunsets, the stunning swimming pool along with the beautiful gardens and the BBQ facilities will give your vacation a special touch of comfort and wellness. Additionally, Villa Givera is located only 2.5km far from the highway which connects the whole island. Thus, it's a crossroad between the two biggest towns of Crete, Heraklion and Chania and it's the perfect starting point for visiting every corner of the island.

Outdoor

The villa features a 1000 sqm outdoor space with a large tile paved veranda and an even larger pool deck with a private, eco friendly swimming pool (9m long & 1.40m deep). The spectacular views and the breathtaking sunsets will enchant you each day and evening, assuring you a memorable stay. The family size wooden table of the veranda invites you to enjoy your Cretan meals, while the lounge furniture is ideal for a night drink by the pool. At the stone-built BBQ facilities with the extra sink and fridge you can experience homemade al fresco lunches. Additionally, there is a lot of space covered with grass, ornamental trees, rose bushes, geraniums and aromatic plants, whilst the stone paved path leading to the entrance of the villa is the perfect place to safely park your car.

Indoor

The villa is a one-storey building with a stylishly furnished open-plan living room and a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4. The spacious sitting area features one triple and one double sofa, an armchair, a dining table for 6, a fireplace, and two double windows opening onto the veranda and the swimming pool. A long corridor connects the living room with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa disposes of three bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) with great views to the garden and pool, and two bathrooms: one with bathtub and another with shower cabin. The house is equipped with a/c in all bedrooms and living room, washing machine, dishwasher, free satellite WiFi, flat screen TV, DVD player, hairdryer, safe box, iron/iron board, first aid kit and all necessary items and appliances for a comfortable stay.

* Bath and pool towels, bed linen, bed covers, blankets and extra pillows are provided

* Housekeeping every 3 - 4 days. Pool and garden attendance twice a week.

* Baby travel cot, high chair, bed side protection, baby bath, potty seat provided upon request. Toys and books are available.

If Marina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
