Our Two Bedroom/Two Bath Cottage is located in a quiet area of the island and is centrally located between the attractions in the North and South making it a perfect place to be while visiting. We have almost 400 feet of ocean frontage on a 2 ½ mile long beach. The Cottage is just a bit back from the beach with a beautiful unobstructed beach & water view. We live here year round and we want ALL of our visitors to get a good taste of what it's like to live on the island and to have a good time while here. The cottage is your home away from home -- clean, comfortable and providing everything you need for your stay while exploring the island…..all at an affordable price ! The Cottage has TWO bedrooms (Queen Beds),TWO full baths, fully equipped kitchen, Comfy living room with large sofa, Wicher chairs with custom comfy cushions, flatscreen TV and dvd player, speakers with plug for phone or laptop, screened-in porch with dining table. Come to Long Island..This is the REAL BAHAMAS........Live The Dream with Us !

Special Requests: If you have any special requests please let us know. If you need some groceries, beer, liquor or soda we'd be happy to pick that up for you so it will be ready upon arrival...nothing like a nice cold drink after a day of travelling.

Same thing with arrangements for Rental Cars, Fishing guides, restaurants..whatever !!! We are here to take the mystery out of Long Island so you can have a stress-free stay and pack in as much fun as possible while you are here.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GEORGE (the owner) a message.

If GEORGE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
