This modern and elegant apartment with a great location in a residential area a few meters from the Plaza Colon, has everything to enjoy a stay in one's capital.
The first floor a light or very quiet cin has two bedrooms: one with double bed and bathroom, and one with double bed and a futon in loft extension for persona.Un large living with sofa bed for two personas.Cocina and dining room equipped with all comforts, bathroom and internet connection.
A few steps from the metro station, the historic center and places of interest like museums shopping and entertainment area of the city.

Este moderno y elegante apartatamento con una ubicacion excelente en un barrio residencial a pocos metros de la plaza Colon,lo tiene todo para disfrutar de una estacia en la capital.
El piso,un primero con luz y muy tranquilo. Dispone de dos habitaciones:una con cama de matrimonio y baño,y otra con cama de matrimonio en altillo y futon supletorio para una persona.Un salon amplio con sofa-cama para dos personas.Cocina-comedor equipada con todas las comodidades,un baño completo y conexion a internet.
A pocos pasos de la parada de metro,del centro historico y lugares de interes como museos tiendas y zona de ocio de la ciudad.

How do damage deposits work?

If PABLO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
