Description

Villa Novaku is a "holiday experience" you won't forget. Villa Novaku is the latest addition to a group of privately owned luxury family villas situated in the heart of Seminyak. Finished construction in September 2011 - this "state of the art" villa is a blend of modern and traditional - offering the best in holiday luxury - and you couldn't be any closer to the "action" of restaurants, shopping and a short stroll to the beach. Privately owned and run by the owner, this villa has a standard rarely seen anywhere!
Consisting of two "alang alang" thatched villas- the main entertaining villa with open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen - with upstairs bedroom, bathroom and large entertaining deck - with a beautiful green outlook - a great spot for that "sundowner"! The 'Bose' sound system, flat screen 42"TV, DVD and modern furnishings create a comfortable holiday atmosphere.
The guest villa (with additional mezzanine level which can sleep an additional 2 guests - either close friends or families with children), has indoor/outdoor bathroom, separate dressing room with stairs to the mezzanine level. Separated from the main villa by the "infinity" swimming pool and "Balinese Casbah". both bedrooms have "flat screen" televisions, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Beautiful green palms and pink frangipani tree make up a truly wonderful modern "tropical" experience. The owner's attention to detail makes this villa stand apart from other villas in Seminyak.
Our experienced Butlers are there to offer you every assistance from 7am till 9pm - from preparing your breakfast, making you a "cocktail' in the afternoon - or to organising your dinner appointments, excursions etc.
Although Villa Novaku is close to all amenities, it is still in a quiet location so you feel you are "away from it all". It is a 20 minute driver from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Suitable for up to 4 (plus 2) guests, our Butlers will ensure that your holiday is one to be remembered.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
