The Meadows Villa Christchurch is a unique self-contained accommodation experience for up to four people. Either on vacation or work, great for that special holiday or for that important business trip here in Christchurch New Zealand.

A fantastic accommodation experience for that special occasion.

You will enjoy a very comfortable and well-appointed accommodation unit.

Our rooms are decorated to a high standard and tastefully furnished to provide some of the finest accommodation available. Our facilities include luxury beds, state of the art flat screen TV with multi-channel entertainment choice.

Wake up to the quiet, of the natural green environment. The freshness of the morning merges into the lazy afternoon and then continues through to the end of the day when you can relax and enjoy the evening outdoors.

Get close to nature:

# The “Meadows” is close to pine forests- suitable for a number of activities.

# The Meadows has several fully fenced grazing areas that are home for some friendly cattle and sheep You can get close and experience that country connection and even assist with feeding out ( As the season allows )

# In the evening in the warmer months you can sit out under the big willow tree next to the pond area and enjoy a BBQ or a snack and drink and get that -close to nature experience.

# Walking / exercise track on site.

# Fresh natural water pumped directly from our own deep water well

Getting around

Use your own vehicle to access the city centre, and also numerous shopping malls close to the Villa. Uber or taxi is the most convenient alternative transport mode. Ask about our own shuttle service for transiting to and from the villa via our airport and the central city / shopping malls.

Interaction with guest

We will assist guests if they want to interact with and assist with feeding out to the cattle, and to accompany guests to see the Bee hives. Your hosts Bruce & Judy live on site and are available at any time to assist guests with their stay at the Meadows Villa, and with their visit to Christchurch.

If Bruce & Judy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
