In the historic center with all restaurants, markets and main attraction sites just a few steps away (papal Palace only 250 m far away), our flat seeks tenants desirous of visiting Avignon, the Provence area and the Mediterranean coast for a couple of days, a week, a month or longer, with more privacy, authenticity and comfort for money than a hotel can offer.
Throughout the seasons, this is an ideal starting point for discovering the diversity and richness of the South of France.
Description:
Part of a traditional stone building in a cute small street of the historic center, our flat has been entirely renovated in 2010. Renovation and interior design did retain its character (exposed stones and beam ceiling, parquet floor) along with modern comfort and fresh clean style.
This 40 m²(430 ft²) apartment has a small entrance, a comfortable bedroom with a large clothes closet and double bed, a dressing/laundry room, a stylish bathroom (Italian shower with pebble tile) and a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. Double glazing.
Capacity: Up to 4 people (2 + 2) - Note: 2 max recommended for long stays
Bedding: 1 double, 1 double sofa (comfortable)
Rate: from 450 €/week, depending on the period and duration of the stay
