What fun you’ll have being right in the heart of downtown San Miguel……..right by the jardin/town square! Not many rentals this close to the jardin, especially at this price. Great monthly rates and 50m internet make a great combo to work, live & play remotely. San Miguel, voted the #1 or #2 Best City in the World for 4 years in a row. You’ll be right in the heart of it and able to watch the parades and fireworks from the roof terrace (with BBQ).

San Miguel has become a safe tourist destination since it was awarded the “Travel Safety Stamp” by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC). Downtown is certainly the safest place to be with all the activity, street lights and police presence.

Come enjoy the comfort and convenience of The “Artist's” Apartments in beautiful downtown San Miguel de Allende. This apartment and the other studio apartment are on the second floor. There is a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. These are in an original colonial building, built in the 1600’s with 15 inch exterior walls. Totally re-done inside with all the conveniences and updates.

Kitchenette with microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster oven and refrig. The Frida is resplendent with custom hand made silver repose furniture. The decorating is themed to Frida Kahlo.

As charming and comfortable as this studio apartment is, perhaps the best part is its central location in downtown. Just a short stroll to the jardin. You'll be amongst lots of activity, police and well lit streets. Walk everywhere or take one of the many taxis right at your front door. Enjoy the spectacular view on the shared roof terrace (with gas BBQ). One of the best seats in town for all the parades and Centro festivities. Restaurants and shops galore right at your front door. Professionally managed. Someone is available 24 hours. Maid service. All the best Spanish schools are nearby. Manager provides a service where she will be happy to have groceries of your choice waiting for you when you arrive. There is a $20 fee plus the cost of groceries.

Response from the owner We have had several single people stay a month or longer and love it. The studio would be equivalent to a hotel room but with a mini kitchen and at a fraction of the price. Fabulous downtown location....right in the heart of San Miguel! All of San Miguel can be noisy. It's a good idea to bring ear plugs if noise bothers you.

Response from the owner I'm not quite sure what modern conveniences the guest wanted. It is a small studio apartment with refrigerator, microwave and cook top. The bathroom has a shower.Many hotels and rentals don't have two windows across from one another so I'd guess cross ventilation is a rarity for small rentals.
