Description
In the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park - Southover is a detached part thatched Arts & Crafts property which has been converted and refurbished to the highest of standards. Outside is private parking, decking, a lawned garden, which meets the water's edge and a fishing platform. There is an outdoor hot tub boat and a private mooring available for guests to use. Sleeps 10 ( 1 king, 2 doubles, 4 singles) in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite). Plus a games room with a pool table & additional fridge. There is also a proper cot and highchair available. Dogs are welcome on request. The ideal property and location for family get togethers and celebrations!

House rules
Boat Safety briefing - to use the boat at least one responsible adult is required to attend the briefing at 2.15 on the day of arrival. If the briefing has to be rearranged for another time the additional call out fee is £25.
Please leave our property as you found it & the petrol tank full on the boat . Dogs allowed on request, please clean up after them (charge of up to £100).

“Stunning Place”
Had an amazing stay at Southover. House was beautiful with everything we needed. Views stunning and made good use of the boat. Sam very very helpful. Will definitely return soon. Highly recommend.

“Fabulous holiday”
Only arrived back home today and already looking to book again next year! The property was quirky but very well equipped with everything we needed. We had the grandchildren with us and the boat and canoe were a huge part of the attraction for them. The hot tub for other members of the family! Sam was very friendly and guided us through everything we needed to know. A small dog was added to the booking at late notice and the owners were happy to allow that. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful throughout, even a check up phone call on the day after we arrived. So glad we got lucky with our choice!
