Description
The Pearly Grey Boutique Residence is an elegant and spacious home with beautiful views of lush greenery and the famous Chattarpur Temples.The colour theme for this apartment include white, grey and red with splashes of silver and yellow around.
This 700 sq feet, one bedroom apartment includes a bedroom, a living room and an eat in kitchen. The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The living room has a massive 42 inch flat screen TV on one wall and an original Indian painting on the other. There is a large comfortable couch and a center table with four pull out seats in yellow and red. The kitchen is stocked with all pots and pans for cooking and three red bar stools for dining.
It has two balconies that can be accessed through the bedroom and living room. From the floor length glass windows you can view the greens of Mehrauli and glimpse the Chattarpur Temples.
This apartment sleeps two and has a mini library of books and dvds.
The Pearl Grey Residence offers the best of both the worlds. It is conveniently located in the lovely Mehrauli - Sultanpur area which is close to Gurgaon as well. You could be working in Gurgaon or any other part of Delhi and if you wish to capitalize on the charm of South Delhi's many restaurants, bars, cafes and malls, then make sure you book your stay with us.
The apartment is in close proximity to the domestic and international airport. Indira Gandhi International Airport is about 10 kms away and the Rajiv Gandhi Domestic Airport about 12 kms. They are also very well connected by metro to both central Delhi and Gurgaon with the nearest metro station - Chattarpur Metro Station just 1.25 kms away.
Stones throw away from the residences are the famous Chattarpur Temples and close-by are Sultanpur Farms and Vasant Kunj. Nearby tourist attractions include the Qutub Minar and the fancy shopping malls of Vasant Kunj and Gurgaon.

Response from the owner I'm glad you enjoyed the excellent service you received at the Silver Lotus Boutique. It's a shame that you found transport difficult. Because the boutique residence is just that, a residence, it is slightly removed from the chaos of more central locations. I would suggest for future guests to rely on the services of the caretaker to arrange transport, as he was happy to do for you. We only call for taxis which are registered and safe. For convenient public transport, a bus stop is right opposite the residences. It would have been easier to hop on a bus and hop off the next stop which is the Chattarpur metro (approx 1.25 kms). The auto rikshaw (three wheeler) stands are at the Chattarpur metro station and at Andheria More. For clarity, visit silver-lotus.com where you will find a google map of the property so you can see exactly where it is located in conjunction to the Chattarpur metro and Andheria More.
