Two-bedroom garden flat for rent in a new semi-detached house with heating/air conditioning and washing machine. Sleeps 4 (+1). Garden with BBQ, yard table and chairs, parasol, outside shower. Bedrooms: one double room and one with a bunk bed, both with hanging wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave and electric oven. Living area: TV + radio, one sofa bed and two comfortable armchairs. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels supplied. Hairdryer and iron + ironing board provided. Cot, stroller and children beach toys available for free if needed.
Nearest beach: 2 kms away; town centre: 2 kms away; supermarket: 300 meters away, tennis court and swimming pool (both with fee): 50 meters away.
