NEW AS FROM MAY 2011 : POOL AMONGST THE OLIVETREES, WITH PANORAMIC VIEW INTO TIBER VALLEY;
Rental rates remain unchanged, book in time to be your preferred period is still available.

There are 3 units in total, so do not hesitate to ask about availability, even for groups larger than 4.


Situated on the Umbrian hillside filled with olive trees with splendid views over the valley of Alviano, this beautifully restored house consists of apartments of which one is reserved for the owner.

The name for Casa l'Arcobaleno (Rainbow House) was inspired by the beautiful rainbows that can be seen and this theme can also be found in the different apartments.

The apartment is decorated according to the colour it represents. It has a large bedroom with double bed, a fully fitted shower room and large living room with dining area and open plan kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping space for two.

A swimming pool is at the time of publication not yet present but the owner is applying for a building permission so please do check wether pool accommodation is present.

The house is situated on a large property of +-7000 m2 mainly occupied by Umbrias well known olive trees and a variety of different kinds of fruit trees.

While restoring the house, the owners tried to integrate the house in the natural surroundings as much as possible : the parking spaces have been landscaped in a manner to fit the surroundings, the orchard was mainly kept in its original state so visitors can enjoy the wonderful Umbrian naturue as much as possible.

Response from the owner Beste, Het spijt ons dat jullie niet ten volle van jullie vakantie hebben kunnen genieten, door de door jullie opgesomde gebreken. We zullen onmiddellijk de nodige stappen ondernemen om dit in de toekomst te voorkomen. Wat de wifi betreft : dit is een lucht/satellietverbinding, daar er in dit landelijk gebied geen kabel ligt. Hierdoor kan de wifi inderdaad wat trager zijn dan wij gewend zijn. De keukeninventaris heb ik ondertussen onmiddellijk laten nakijken en waar nodig laten aanvullen. U had mij dit gerust telefonisch mogen melden dan was dit tijdens uw verblijf reeds opgelost. Wat de netheid van de woning betreft, werden uw opmerkingen onmiddellijk doorgegeven aan de conciërge die erop zal toezien dat alles in de toekomst in orde is. Onze excuses voor het ongemak. Gaby
