Description
This spacious, 3 bedroom apartment has fantastic views over the sea and the Port of Nice! Set on the 5th floor (with lift) within a well-kept residence, it's just 50 metres from the shops and 100 metres from the sea. From here you can enjoy the many cafes and restaurants of the Old Town or just sit and watch the ships passing by from your balcony.
Approximately 90 sq metres, the apartment is very bright & sunny and comprises spacious living/dining room, open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, further independent WC, large balcony and secure covered parking place.
We can also offer you other apartments within this building, so if you are going as a group and require additional accommodation, please ask us for details.
It has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (plus babies) and would be perfect for a family or group of friends, wishing to enjoy all that the city of Nice has to offer.
Living room: is bright and stylishly-furnished and has fantastic sea views over the entrance to the port. It has two sets of double doors opening to a balcony where you can sit and watch the boats go by whilst enjoying your lunch! It's furnished with a comfortable sofa, occasional chairs, dining table & six chairs and large TV (French).
Kitchen: open-plan to the living room and modern, it's well-equipped for cooking & dining and has oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge & freezer.
Utility: on a veranda from the 3rd bedroom, there's a washing machine.
Bedrooms: three in total; one furnished with double bed (160cm wide) and with en-suite shower room, another with double bed (160cm wide) and open shower area, plus smaller bedroom furnished with comfortable sofa bed.
Bathrooms: one bedroom has an ensuite shower room with large shower enclosure, washbasin & WC. Another with shower enclosure and washbasin open to the bedroom. Also an independent WC accessible from the hallway.
Outside: from the living room there's a long, sunny, south-facing balcony with table & two chairs. It has fantastic views over the gardens, the port entrance and sea. There's one private covered parking place plus free parking can often be found on the road outside.
Swimming pool: is not available here, but then you do have the beaches and the sea on your doorstep!

“Modern apartment with great view”
The apartment is in a slightly older building in the port of Nice. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony and living room. From the bedrooms you have a great view over Nice and the surrounding hills. The apartment itself is nicely renovated with a very modern, very well equipped kitchen and very stylish living room. There is a giant TV screen and super fast internet. We left the kitchen untouched however - there are so many great restaurants in close walking distance. To get to the town center , you can either walk for 20 minutes or take the bus which frequently departs from a stop right in front of the building. The property manager was lovely and ever so helpful.
