Historical Old Town ( Vieux Nice ). Perfectly located, renovated, fully equipped 1 Bedroom Apartment.

A lovely quiet and bright, renovated apartment ( March 2013 ) with AIR COND and INTERNET + WIFI free access. You will also enjoy the lovely view of the " Castle Hill " over some of the Old Town's rooftops. The hill is also illuminated at night.

It is only a 3 minutes walk from the Beaches on Promenade des Anglais, and less to the famous Cours Saleya with its Fruit / Vegetable and Flower Market during day time giving place to restaurant terraces at night.

The building is in front of the new "Coulée verte" ( the very nice Green Park going from the Theater to the Sea, where children will love to play on the Wooden Games and Water Exhibitions).

The apartment is on the third floor ( no lift of course ) in a 330 years old building ( 1685 ) with large stairwell. The building entrance is on a main boulevard bordering the northern side of the Old Town and the "Coulée Verte". It´s accessible by Taxi, Bus or Tramway.

As this apartment has no windows on this boulevard. You will live in a quiet area, avoiding the noise of street traffic, tramway or pedestrians ( even at night ).

This lovely apartment is perfect for a couple, a small group of friends or a family of 3 or 4 people. A wonderfull location to savour the "Niçois" art of living. A car is absolutely not necessary.

Completely renovated this apartment offers contemporary equipment. An independent kitchen fully equipped with a large table 140x90cm, dish washer, TV, Air Cond......etc ... A main room with a new sofa bed ( sleep 2 pers 140x190cm ) with Air Cond and large flatscreen TV. A separate bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. An independent toilet. A shower room. A separate sink with 2 movable side mirrors for special attention for women ( which I hope they will love ). Large cupboard with wardrobe. All windows are double glazed which will offer you excellent thermal insulation, and ensure a good night's sleep.

NB : Aditionnal and Optionnal Fees :

a) Aditionnal fee : ( Only for 1 week let or more ) Per 1 week rent / 2 renters an advance of Utilities of 35 euros will be paid directly to the owner at arrival to have people responsible with water and electricity comsumption. ( 1 week / 4 renters, advance of Utilities is 45 euros ).

b) Optionnal fees : Linen

ba) For SHORT LET 3 days till 6 days. 1 Linen set is including in the rent price ( 1 bed / 2 renters ). In case you book for 3 or 4 persons an additionnal fee of 30 euros will be charged for the 2nd Linen set. ( to be paid at arrival ).

bb) FOR LONGER LET 1 week or more : The owner give to renters the possibility to bring their own Linen set. Please ask when you enquiere If you prefer to have Linen supplied and if you need 1 or 2 Linen set. They are to be paid at arrival. ( 1 Linen set is 30 euros ).

c) Final Cleaning. 30 euros

The Final Cleaning is NOT including in the rent price.

Life in the Old Town is amazing. You will experience Nice's unique atmosphere, walking through the pedestrianised narrow streets. Everywhere you will find restaurants, bars, pavement cafes, food shops, and also Art galleries, churches, Ste Réparate Cathedral, the Opera House, museums and even a public swimming pool .... There is so much to do anytime of the year.

The Cote d'Azur will offer you not only it's sunshine and beaches but over the whole year many exhibitions and attractive events such as :

The Christmas Market in December, Carnaval de Nice in February-March, Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix in May, Fête de la musique June the 21th, Jazz festivals in summer, exceptional climate in autumn and spring and skiing station within 1h30 from Nice in winter.
