"Il Raggio": beautiful 2-floor, 75 sqm apartment in 17th-century farmhouse in Umbria. On organic olive oil-producing estate in the green hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, near border with Tuscany: great views, peaceful setting, ancient olive trees and oak woods. Many trails for short walks, long treks or mountain biking. Close to Lake Trasimeno, Pienza, Cortona, Panicale, Perugia and many more old hamlets, castles and historic towns.
The farmhouse "Fontanelle" is a large, stone farmhouse at almost 500 m. a.s.l. It has been divided into 5 apartments, of which "Il Raggio" is the largest. This apartment has a small private garden equipped for eating outside. Large living room with old fireplace and double sofa bed, separate bright kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor; second double bedroom and bathroom with shower on the first floor. For a maximum of 6 guests.
In this complex there is a 6x12-m. infinity pool with views, several panoramic terracotta terraces equipped for eating outside, an outside shower, well-kept gardens and a large stone barbecue.
There is also a large common room with kitchen, living room, fireplace, many books, board games and a few DVDs and toys for children, which makes this farmhouse ideal for family reunions, meetings or small seminars.
