Description

Quail cottage has a large kitchen with breakfast bar, rangemaster oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.The lounge has tv. video and dvd player, and a sofa bed for the occasional visitor The main bedroom as a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds and double wardrobes and dressing table. There is a separate shower room with toilet and basin and also a further toilet and washbasin at the end of the hallway. The consveratory has a dining table and a seating area, the french window leads out to the private patio and garden area. Full central heating, Free wifi, pets are allowed, we have a small dog walk near the property. All bedding and towels are provided. Earliest check in time is 3pm Latest check out is 10am

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Irene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
