Garden and lawns with Annexe Rumpus room equipped with air conditioning, fridge freezer, washing machine and kitchen with etceteras and linen.If you want you can also avail of Cook with Mediterranean cuisine. It also rents for only weeks.On the first floor of the villa there is a small apartment inhabited by the owner with his wife, with a separate entrance in order to safeguard the privace of guests.The owner takes care of the garden and pool cleaning.

“The owner is the best we have ever met”

The property is on the ground floor and it is really very spacious. The kitchen is big and equipped with everything you could need. There is very big and clean pool in the garden and plenty of space around the pool. The property is not new and the beds are not very comfortable, but this is may be the only one disadvantage of this property, which I could mention and why I rated it "very good", but not excellent. The car is necessary. On the first floor at the same building lives the owner, Filippo, the best owner we have ever met. He was very helpful and he allowed us to feel like home in Sicily. We would definitely recommend this property for our friends.
