Our Luxury Penthouse is set in the stunning Jack Nicklaus designed par 72 golf course. It is serviced by a lift and has excellent views of the 4th Fairway and a magnificent pool beneath. It is in a perfect location on the resort being only a short 3 minute stroll to the Old Hacienda and Centre.
With the private roof terrace which has been furnished in high quality furniture, this apartment allows you to really make the most of the Spanish weather, all within the privacy of your own solarium. (Note: Some penthouses have adjoining terraces). The roof terrace has the sun all day with the rear terrace having shade in the mornings and until late afternoon.
It also boasts a superb barbecue for outdoor cooking and we have available four sun loungers to take down to the pool area.
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style with a luxury leather sofa in the lounge with a new Samsung 42 inch Smart TV/Satellite/English TV channels and a subscription for Netflix. Also available is Air conditioning, Free WiFi and with dining space for four people.
The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and consist of Master bedroom with King size bed and the second being a twin. There is also a terrace off the bedrooms with seating for that early breakfast or late drink with views to the hills.
The kitchen at our apartment is also fully equipped with all of the modern appliances you would expect to find such as a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
We provide all bed linen and towels for use within the apartment and provide beach/pool towels also. There is also 2 sets of golf clubs available to use in the apartment.

Hacienda Riquelme is a secure gated complex with plenty of secure car parking available. Our Penthouse has a double parking space in the underground car park for your convenience with access to the apartment by a lift or the staircase
There are generous amounts of pools and children's play areas with the nearest pool directly below the apartment. There is a sports area with Tennis courts, paddle courts and 5 aside football pitch and outdoor gym.
The Hacienda facilities include bars, restaurant, golf pro shop and an excellent supermarket.
GOLF
There are numerous golf courses in the area.
The 18 hole Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus is a par 72 and 6416m course built to professional standards. The course covers an area of 71 hectares and has a stunning mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast. This course is one of a group of six golf courses owned by GNK Golf that make up some of the best in Europe.
They are the Hacienda Riquelme, La Torre, El Valle and Alhama.
Hacienda is different from the others, providing ample fairways combined with hard to approach greens, and bunkers ready to challenge your game. The course is surrounded by wild flowers, olive trees and stunning lakes.
GOLF COURSE SERVICES
Practice facilities: Natural grass driving range with 20 bays, Putting and chipping green, Practice bunker, Practice ball dispensing machines.
Whilst staying at Hacienda Riquelme you are able to use the amenities and play at reduced rates at all 4 courses.

“Great stay at Hacienda Requilme”
The 4 of us (including a 7 & 4 year old) had a great time on holiday. We spent our days dipping in and out of the pool and then relaxing on the terrace on the evening. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. A car is essential to access the local amenities and there is a very secure underground parking. Fab week in the sunshine. Just what we needed

“Beautiful penthouse - would highly recommend”
The penthouse apartment is just as it appears in the advertising photographs - it has been beautifully decorated and is also very comfortable to stay in. We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and golf course. We also enjoyed the rear terrace off the main bedroom for sunsets and views of the "Sleeping Lady" mountain. The owners had also left their golf clubs so we were able to play while we were on holiday. The resort Hacienda Riquelme is very well maintained and there is excellent security. It has a feeling of space and tranquility and has not been over developed. There is an on site supermarket and a restaurant. We had two good meals at the restaurant. There are also tennis courts in the resort but we did not use these ourselves. We would not really rate the nearby town Sucina but there are very good roads connecting the resort to the Mar Menor and nearby areas. You can be by the Mar Menor in about 15 minutes. We would really recommend the penthouse and hope to return again in the future.

“Perfect Week Away”
My wife and myself enjoyed a perfect week's holiday in this luxury penthouse. The apartment is very well appointed, tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable. The large terrace has a stunning view over the swimming pool and golf course and is a great place to relax or even light the BBQ and enjoy a nice meal! Hacienda Riquelme is a very tranquil and relaxing resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this excellent penthouse and we will definitely be returning soon!
