Casa Do Nascer Sol (House of the Rising Sun) is a beautifully located tastefully decorated and furnished 3 storey town house opposite Meia Praia beach (200 metres). If you are looking for a contemporary, spacious, fully equipped property , a home from home with stunning views you won't be disappointed.
Each double bedroom is 4.6mt x 4.3mt inc fitted wardrobes. The bedroom on the lower floor has an en-suite.
The twin bedroom is 3.1mt x 3.6mt. inc fitted wardrobe.
All rooms have portable fans.
TOP FLOOR - Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, with sliding doors opening to top terrace with dining table & chairs for 6.
The Kitchen is fully equipped, (Bosch induction hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, ample crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses) .
LOUNGE AREA: large L shaped sofa (seats 6), leather easy chair. Smart TV, DVD player, selection of games, DVD's, Binoculars to check what is happening out in the bay. Wood burning stove for any chilly nights in the winter. Leads to sun terrace table and seating for 6 with beautiful panoramic views of the sea. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner and sundowners.
MIDDLE FLOOR - Main bedroom with super king beautiful black wrought iron bed, bedside tables/lamps, fully equipped. Small terrace with table and 2 chairs and sea views.
Shower room; with rain shower with lower hose for showering (ideal for children), vanity unit with mirror, WC. Heated towel rail with thermostat.
Twin bedded room. - Two single beds, suitable for adults, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers.
LOWER FLOOR - King size bed, freestanding wardrobes, large chest of drawers, free standing mirror. Please note the white fitted wardrobes as you enter the bedroom are the owners and locked.
En suite with "rain shower", vanity unit, WC, Washing machine. Large terrace with two sunbeds.

“Wonderful House”
This is my third time to this lovely house/ villa, I just love the layout with balcony's off the two main double rooms, and lounge. The open plan kitchen diner/ lounge makes it so sociable when cooking etc with the huge balcony for eating on with a fabulous view. So clean and modern with lovely touches everywhere! The beach is to die for, I just loved the swimming, little beach bars scattered along and one main bar and restaurant just below the villa. Can't wait for the new boardwalks to be finished along the top of the beach in each direction! Marina is about a 15/ 20 stroll and town a little bit further. Town has interesting little alleyways to explore and so many restaurants and bars, even roof top ones! Seven valleys walk a drive away is a must. We used uber a lot of the time or local taxi's home at night. Thank you so much I had a wonderful stay.

“Fabulous Christmas”
We never expected Christmas and New Year to be so lovely. Lynn and Daves house was just perfect. We cooked Christmas dinner here and had everything we needed. The rest of the time was spent on the beach swimming and surfing depending on the waves. Some of us had wetsuits the rest braved it. We did lots of walks, boat trips and listened to the music and watched the fireworks for new year. The weather was far warmer than expected and we actually picked up a tan . The house has everything you need and warms up quickly if the evening is chilly but it was still lovely sitting outside watching the sun come up and the sunset over the marina. It us our first time away over Christmas and we loved it

“Golf Trip”

“The perfect golf trip!”
We organised our first golf trip in April and it couldn’t have been any better. The house is fantastic! It really felt like a home from home. It had everything we could possibly of needed for our stay. It was immaculate and has such a relaxed feel to the place (felt like it had been furnished by a professional!) It is located within 10 mins of 3 amazing golf courses, especially palmares which is just up the road and also lovely for a drink and some food! The local town Lagos is beautiful and has lots of wonderful restaurants. My favourite part was the balcony and the view with a glass of wine in hand! We loved it so much we have booked again for the following April and will continue to do so as long as we can!

“Beautiful villa, great location”
Four of us stayed here during our trip to Portugal in May and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is really stunning, very spacious, set out on three floors with lovely interiors. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, lovely balconies facing the sea, a great spot to enjoy some breakfast in the morning sun! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers were modern and spacious. The location is perfect for enjoying nearby Lagos just a short walk away. The beach is a few minutes walk and there is a lovely restaurant/bar just across the road and a beach club only a few minutes walk away too. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for having us!

“Spacious modern house with beach a stones throw away.”
The house has a beautifully designed interior which enhanced the pleasure of our stay. There is a large balcony to be enjoyed off the living area for an outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and the layout of the room makes catering for a family or group very easy. The house is in a lovely quiet residential area, yet the sandy beach is short easy walk away and sunbeds are available for hire . Lagos itself has a harbour area and a marina. There are plenty of restaurants and shops and a good taxi service.
