In a quiet and secure Provencal style Residence with free parking, rent large studio through (40 m2) on the ground floor with covered terrace (10 m2) overlooking pools (including a children's pool) and pine forest.
A 5 mns walk from the beach "La Péguière", 10 mins from shopping center Boulouris and its train station. Close to bus stop for Saint Raphael town center.
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, combi oven, 2 electric hotplates, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee and Nespresso, ...) open to living room (TV).
5 beds: 1 bed 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 - 1 sofa bz 1 person in alcove. Cot available on request.
Bathroom (bath, double sinks, washing machine, toilet sink).
Pets not allowed
Ideal for both sports (water sports,scuba diving, cycling, hiking in the beautiful natural park of Esterel) for beach lovers (24km of coast: great white sandy beaches, coves, creeks), culture (superb museums and sites) or connected parties.
30 mns from Cannes by the magnificent route de la Corniche.

“A perfect place to rest and enjoy”
A really nice and pleasant place for vacations, just perfect for a family or a band of friends. Pool is just in front of the kitchen , you can go to the beach by walking ten minutes. The little garden backward is a perfectplace to have a drink, or breakfast, looking the squirrels in the pinetres. A safe and easy parking residence. What can you expect more ???
