'Jus Chillin' is perfectly named for a truly relaxing Caribbean luxury holiday.

Perfectly located on the West coast literally opposite the famous Mullins Beach and restaurant, a 1 minute walk to the beach from the property. You'll enjoy beautifully furnished spacious rooms with huge beds, air con and fans with luxurious white cotton linen/towels and marble en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have balconies with comfy chairs and tables outside and there is a sea view from the master bedroom balcony. Every effort has been made to make your stay enjoyable from pure comfort of furnishings through to the technology of Wifi, ipod docking station, TV and DVD players (English & American). Our housekeeper regularly changes linen/towels and maintains a high standard of cleanliness in the property. . A cook can be arranged through our house manager who is there on hand to help with any queries you may have. 'Jus Chillin' has a large pool directly outside with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, chairs and tables. The property is on a small gated, beautifully landscaped development with 24hr security with two more pools and the wonderful SIngita Wellness Spa offering treatments and various classes. Once on the beach you will enjoy the private beach membership we have with Royal Westmoreland. There are luxury sunbeds, sun umbrellas, towels and waiter service from the Mullins Beach bar and restaurant. 'Seashed' another wonderful restaurant/beach bar is next door which offers a very chilled and relaxed vibe. Various water sports are available on the beach as well as a shop selling drinks, snacks, sun creams, inflatables etc. Jus Chillin is close to Speightstown and only a 10 min drive/bus journey (bus stop directly outside) to the new Lime Grove shopping Mall in Holetown where there are a variety of fabulous shops to browse, a big Massey's hypermarket, medical facilities and the chattel village shopping. There are world class restaurants to dine at within a short distance from the property. Golf is available at Sandy Lane, Apes Hill and Royal Westmoreland golf clubs.

Martin, Sarah & daughter Jemma have owned 'Jus Chillin' since new, in 2007, having fallen in love with Barbados 14 years ago. All year round sunshine was definitely an attraction but we now love and appreciate the pace of life & friendliness of the Bajan people. It has become home from home & we find we relax the minute we arrive on the island. Just to walk along the beach on white sand with a beautiful blue sky & turquoise clear sea, with swaying palm trees is a breath taking vision & one we try to picture when we're back in the rainy North West of England. We want to share our lovely home with you & hope that you fall in love with & enjoy Barbados & 'Jus Chillin' as much as we do. We've superb staff & excellent house manager to make sure you enjoy your stay and want to return.

There is a bus stop directly outside the gated development with a regular service. There are also plenty of taxi's and car hire companies within the vicinity.

Interaction with guest

We have a wonderful House Manager called Charles who will meet and greet you at 'Jus Chillin' and show you around the property. He will contact you via email two weeks before your holiday to assist in any way he can regarding your arrival and then during your stay he will be on hand to help with any questions you may have. We also have a housekeeper who looks after 'Jus CHillin' for us and ensures the property is kept clean to a high standard with linen and towels changed regularly.

How do damage deposits work?
