All new construction (completed in 2014), house for rent in the heart of Rouen left bank 10 minutes walk from the historic centre.Le housing: House of 160 m² including, On the ground floor: - 1 master suite with double bed and bathroom bath with tub and shower. - 1 bedroom with double bed in height and sofa bed (BZ) - 1 bedroom with double bed in height + double bed. - 1 bathroom with shower, Japanese toilet and infrared sauna Sunlighten 4 places.- Patio overlooking the rooms with Jacuzzi 4 places - 1 laundry room with 2 washing / drying machines. Upstairs: A spacious living room (about 60 m²) with open kitchen fully equipped, dining room and lounge area, a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture, table and barbecue.The neighborhood: The house is located in a few minutes walk from shops and public transport (bus and metro): - 5 minutes from Leclerc and St Sever shopping center - 5 minutes from the Seine - 10 minutes from the cathedral - 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Rouen (Place old market). “Hidden gem”
As a family of 2 adults, 2 grown teenagers and a dog, it wasn’t easy to find the right type of accommodation in central Rouen. This was a fantastic find. It was exactly what we wanted and then some. Clean, modern, comfortable beds and an well stocked kitchen. Large rooftop terrace with a bbq and lots of furniture, a clean and well maintained jacuzzi. There was a safe covered space for our car too. Vincent was a delight to deal with. We were aware the exterior May put you off but it wasn’t a problem. Easy walk into central Rouen. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely go again.
