Description

Elefteria Apartments and Studios is a small family run hotel consisting of 8 independent apartments and 2 studios, built in a traditional architecture. Apartments occupancy is 4 people. They consist by a master bedroom on the ground floor with a sitting area , a bathroom, and a second bedroom loft style with 2 single beds.

There is a dinning table at the terrace with garden view.At the garden there is a herbal botanical garden from where you can cut herbs of your preference for your cooking.Use the Barbecue at the garden,for a nice grilling experience with your family or friends, we provide the charcoals.Offering self catering accommodation , cooking facilities are provided, mini oven, coffee machine for filter coffee and espresso machine, fridge,kettle and toaster. Enjoy the pool and the Jacuzzi get the opportunity to relax choosing book of your preference by our library at the pool area.

On your departure day, in case a Day use room is not available , we offer you free of charge the option of the ''Shower room'' so you can have a shower before you depart and store your luggage.

There is an utility room equipped with an Ironing board and laundry machine

Parking free of charge-public Wi-fi available, Outdoor swimming pool and children's pool separate. Guests have easy access to a variety of Restaurants, Bars and Shops of the resort area. Our location is ideal as we are half way to North and half way to South of the island. In only 5 minutes walking you will find restaurants, cafe, mini outlet store, pharmacy, super market .For bigger variety at 1,5 klm away is the center of kolimbia. You can reserve activities such as Horse riding by the beach, boat rental to visit nearby coasts,snorkelling,scuba diving etc. The beach is only 1.5 klm away. Watersports facilities for adventure lovers.

The A/C cost 7 eur/day and the safe deposit box 9 eur/week.You can rent them during your stay.

The rooms are surrounded by 5.000 m² lush green gardens with trees and flowers.There is no wonder why this place is usually called by the guests as “paradise”.

Response from the owner Dear Meggin thank you for your feedback, although it is very strange you didnt mention any of your concerns before your booking or during your stay. We have a price based on 2 people and then for each extra person there is an additional fee. You made a reservation for 2 people and afterwards you informed us about the 3rd person and you accepted the fee...When a client makes a booking it is asked by the system to put the correct amount of people. When you did the reservation you have put incorrect information. Regarding the extras , in the description is mentioned that the air condition is at extra cost.This is obvious and all clients are informed in advance about it.We never hide information since we want all the clients to be properly informed before their reservation.Regarding the facilities we mention that we provide bath towels, beach towels are not provided. I would like to mention that we are there to listen to our customers and correct whatever is possible to make their stay better. You didnt mention anything to us during your stay and now it is quite late for us to take any action. We really hope that your holidays were nice and those were not basic reasons not to enjoy your stay. Have a great day ! Margarita
