Description

Privileged location for this type 2 apartment with balcony located in the La Rade residence just behind the port and in the immediate vicinity of the beaches. You can do everything on foot while parking your car in the closed and guarded residence. Also enjoy all day long a very beautiful view of Cap Canaille, the castle and the sea. The apartment which can comfortably accommodate 4 people includes: A living room with two sofas that can be quickly and easily transformed into 2 beds, the dining area with table for 4 people, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, 1 set of cookware and complete and new dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Samsung TV - FREE WIFI by BOX must bouygues. A separate bedroom with queen-size bed. A bathroom with WC. The balcony is furnished with garden table and chairs. Please note sheets and towels are not provided unless subscribing to the additional package. If the apartment is no longer available, see ad 9988393 from the same owner located just opposite.

“Absolutely perfect”

La Rade in Cassis lived up to every expectation! It was the perfect location in the centre of Cassis with easy parking and great places to drive to but also a fantastic place to walk from. The flat itself was beautiful (outstanding balcony and view), clean, comfortable and very well equipped. A wonderful home to return to each day. Nathalie (the owner) couldn’t have been more helpful and helped and advised us well. We heartily recommend a stay here to explore Cassis and the locality.

Convenient, clean, welcoming owner. Quiet but close if want to go out. We were happy eating and drinking on the balcony.Would highly recommended this apartment. Cassis lovely but expensive.
