“Cottage is lovely in Spring time”
We have stayed at The Cottage many times, in both winter and summertime, and it is always homely and comfortable. The house is well equipped and there is a cute little garden to sit in. The location is ideal - tucked away in a quiet country lane with river walks on the doorstep, but just 5 minutes walk to Danescourt Station and a direct line to Cardiff City centre. Hosts Helen and James are never intrusive but they genuinely care about guests' comfort and are quick to help if needed. We'll definitely be back!

“Gorgeous cottage in lovely setting”
Really loved the stone cottage & luscious garden. Property was really well equipped.. everything you could possibly need & more. Very well placed. Only negative was garden didn't prove dog proof for our medium sized dog so either had to keep back door closed or keep him on a lead which wasn't ideal. Lots of instructions in folder which were necessary I suppose but we felt a bit nervous about doing anything wrong! Nice owners live next door.

“Delightful cottage in quiet location”
Delightful cottage in quiet location We visited in winter when it was warm and cozy. . It is close to amenities but has the feel of being in the countryside -looking out on trees with a river nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and supplied everything we needed to self cater We have stayed a few times and the owners are always welcoming
