Description

A luxurious front line golf apartment situated adjacent to the Par 3 17th green on the prestigious resort of Hacienda Riquelme. The apartment has just undergone some major upgrades which include tiled garden, glass curtains fitted to terrace area, dual fans installed and refurbished to a high standard. The apartment boasts a corner plot location with a large terrace area and is situated on the ground floor. This allows for an extended garden area in addition to the already large outside living space. This great apartment has been transformed by the recent upgrades and offers an amazing area now come day or night and even if the weather isn’t the Usual sunny forecast. The glass curtains are easily opened and closed and can be demonstrated by our agent on the meet and greet service. With state of the art sunken rails it now offers an unriveled single level area on one of the best plots on the resort. The Resort has a great centre which is situated around the renovated farm house of the original Hacienda. There are a couple of restaurants situated in the centre along with an additional bar located on the 18th green for superb viewing of the golf course. The pro shop and on site supermarket are always well stocked! Both bedrooms can be either double beds or twins.

Getting around

A car is advisable to see the interesting sites. The Indian restaurant in sucina provide a free shuttle taxi in to the town all year which is great, you can even use it if you go off to other bars in the town. In high season the Mayor of Sucina provides a regular shuttle bus to and from the town which makes any evening driving redundant if you wish to get off the resort and have a drink.

House rules

If you smoke please smoke outside on the grassed area of the garden. When you use the bbq please bbq on the grass and not the terracotta terrace. We know damages happen, we want you to enjoy yourself so please do so but report any damages to our on site agen, many thanks.

You will not be disappointed staying at this place. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and nothing is to much trouble. Great location. Apartment set out lovely and very spacious. Every room is modern and clean and tidy. Great holiday and will be back in the future

AMAZING APARTMENT. As soon as we opened the door your home was so welcoming. It was like home from home ( felt like we owned the apartment for a week … I WISH). Beautiful furnishings you have great taste. We wanted for nothing it was like home from home there was even a set of straighteners and curling tongs in the bedroom drawer. 1 minute stroll to the beautiful pool to cool down. So relaxing, quiet, beautiful scenery and brilliant location. Chilling in the glass terraced area every morning having breakfast. HEAVEN. We have had a truly relaxing holiday and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you once again and cannot wait to return x

Response from the owner Hi Enrique, thanks for your feedback - it is great that you have taken the time to do this. I know you said that you had a good time which is why I guess you chose to extend your stay by 2days. We are sorry about the noise with the fridge, maybe it was overloaded as I said via email as it was OK the week before and the guests that are there now confirm it is OK. Apologies communicating via email, but as we both appear to be using Google translate it seemed the most sensible solution. With regards to the cleaning fee it does stipulate on the website that this is payable on departure and everyone does pay this - including me when I stay. The reason we apply this charge is that it is un wise to allow a guest to reset the apartment for the next guests as this does not allow us to have a guaranteed expectation of cleanliness for our arriving guests. All guests are very happy with the apartment when they arrive - I hope you were also. The cleaning includes all bed linen etc etc so is good value - many apartments charge more than €55 for this service. I take your point though and will make sure this is easier for all to see as we wouldn't take a booking if someone was un prepared to pay this - it is unfortunate that you did not see this and the only reason I mentioned it late on in your stay is because you had requested to extend your holiday via email so it was more by chance than anything else.
