Description
We are recently approved Gites de France, Charm and Tradition, fishing and hiking in 4 ears and furnished 4 stars. Located in the Regional Park of Perche, our charming guest house has been restored in the tradition Percheronne and decorated with care. With a living area of 100 m2, it comprises on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area and toilet and a dining-room / lounge with a livewell and a fireplace. A sofa, 2 armchairs, plays of light give a cocooning accent to the room. A staircase leads to a landing room with an office area (free wifi) and a reading corner and board games. On both sides, 2 rooms decorated with care. We have focused on premium bedding, antiallergic and anti-mite. Each room has a large bathroom and toilet. Our rental price is a package including beds made, towels and house, all toiletries and maintenance, wood for the fireplace, cleaning after your departure. It is a turnkey product. You just come with your suitcase ... you'll even have everything you need for a hearty first breakfast! Nestled at the bottom of a valley flowing the river l'Huisne, the house has a furnished terrace and a large garden with summer kitchen to make giant barbecues. Outdoor games. A green lane of 60 km runs along the property, allowing all hikes, cycling, and even horse riding since we can accommodate riders with their mounts. Paddocks, hay, straw etc ... Bike loan on site. The fishermen are also welcome because the house has a fishpond, a 1st class river located 150 meters away and the owner will be happy to indicate his best fishing spots ... So if you want to make a stop in a harbor of peace, if you like the conviviality, the greenery and the animals, it is with us that one must stop!
