Description

Cosy, comfortable apartment block Arte Nova, built in 2011. On the outskirts, in a sunny position, area with little traffic, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (4 x 11 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 700 m, sandy beach Fuzeta 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Olhão 10 km, Tavira 10 km, Faro 30 km, Sevilla 250 km, Montegordo 25 km, Albufeira 60 km

The busy fishing village of Fuseta holds interests in both the summer months and winter.

In the summer it is a bustling village with fabulous and rustic nightlife, with many bars and cafes along with some excellent BBQ restaurants and also some smarter eating establishments. The Village also has a pizza cafe with free WiFi, post office, bank with cash point facilities, chemist, newsagents and a good selection of shops including a superb butcher, bread shop and supermarkets.

Fuseta also has a great fresh produce market offering freshly caught fish too. There is a beach at the end of the harbour but the best is a short ferry ride to the island with miles of long golden sand and beautiful crystal blue water. The beach offers some water sports activities and has sun loungers and parasols to hire. There is also a first aid point, small cafes and lifeguards for your comfort and safety.

If you choose to book the villa, upon arrival you will be met by the Property managers Samantha and Simon who will show you around the villa, how to use the facilities and offer recommendations on where to go etc. They really are a a fountain of knowledge on the area. They will make you feel right at home and be on hand should any issues arise during your holiday.

“Great location and facilities”

This is our first time in Fuseta, but regular travellers to Eastern Algarve. The apartment is lovely, with everything you need, well kept and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and the main bathroom/shower very good. The outside garden area turned out better than we had expected, had a peaceful backdrop of trees etc at the back and was ideal for the lazy days. We didn’t bother with the pool over the road, but this was available with a key card. Great location as very quiet, with a 10min pleasant walk down into the town. The main town beach good and the island beach fantastic if you get the eur2 return ferry over; we aren’t normally beach lovers but this beach couldn't keep us away. Christiaan (owner) and Elisabete (meet & greet) were lovely throughout. We had one minor issue with a toaster that stopped working and they replaced within a day. Can’t get back soon enough!

Die Wohnung und Lage entsprachen genau den Beschreibungen. Vor Ort hat alles sehr gut funktioniert und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Dorf Fuseta ist sehr angenehm und bietet viel.

“Fuseta holiday”

Stayed at the ria resort Fuseta we had a beautiful apartment with a huge garden our property manager was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived she was so kind even took us in her car to the supermarket. Fuseta is an unspoilt part of Portugal lovely local people beautiful beaches and very reasonable for food Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family
