Description
The flat is a beautiful, design loft, situated at the first floor of an ancient building in downtown, just thirty meters away from Piazza Università (University Square) and fifty meters away from Piazza Duomo (Cathedral Square).
From here, with short walks, it's possible to visit all of the city's most important tourism places: Via Etnea with its shops, Via Crociferi with its baroque architecture, the Greek Theater and the Odèon, the Roman Amphitheatre, Palazzo Biscari, the medieval Castello Ursino with its museum, Vincenzo Bellini Theatre and the before Piazza Teatro Massimo (Teatro Massimo Square), the genuine heart of Catania's pulsating night life.
Few steps away there is also the picturesque Fish Market (“'A Piscaria”), that offers bright colours and an unique atmosphere to curious tourists.
In the evening, elegant bars and typical restaurants can satisfy even the most demanding visitor.
The beach and the rocks can be reached in a few minutes, even by bus.
The flat, a sapient and elegant alteration's result, represents the ideal solution for the ones who would like to live the city life fully and, at the same time, to enjoy every comfort: it includes a living room – dining room with kitchen, a room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a Jacuzzi bathtub).
The kitchen is equipped with pots and dishes; the apartment is equipped with video intercom, fan coil units in every room and plasma tv. Clean bed linen, shower shampoo, fresh towels and local guide maps provided.
