Casa arredata e circondato dal verde, prato e uliveto, 2 camere matrimoniali con terzo letto, 1 camera con due letti singoli , due bagni salone di 55 mq con angolo cottura. Ubicata a 3 km dal lido di Platamona.
Porto e aeroporto a breve distanza. Equidistante circa 20 minuti da Alghero ,Stintino e Castelsardo .
La casa , sita in zona silenziosa e rilassante a contatto con la natura è arredata a nuovo, 6 – 8 posti a tavola, è completa di lavatrice, tv, frigorifero e congelatore, ferro da stiro e phone, connessione internet, completa di biancheria camere e bagni. Giardino attrezzato con veranda, gazebo e barbecue per pasti all'aperto. Su prenotazione si organizzano gite in gommone , battute di pesca con grigliata del pescato. Affittasi a settimane.
Möbliertes Haus im Grünen, umgeben von Wiesen und Olivenhainen. Zwei Doppelzimmer mit Beistellbett, ein Einzelzimmer, zwei Bäder und Wohnzimmer mit 55m2 mit Kochnische. Nur ca. 3 km vom Strand von Platamona entfernt.
Hafen und Flughafen in der Nähe. Zentrale Lage, jeweils nur ca. 20 Minuten nach Alghero, Stintino und Castelsardo .
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und erholsamen Gegend in der Natur und ist mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet. Ein Tisch für 6-8 Personen, Waschmaschine, Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Telefon, Bügeleisen, Internetzugang, sind vorhanden, Bettwäsche auf Anfrage.
Der Garten ist ausgestattet mit einer Veranda, einem Gazebo, und einem Grillplatz für das Essen im Freien. Auf Anfrage können Ausflüge auf dem Schlauchboot oder Angeltouren mit anschließendem Fischgrillen organisiert werden. Die Vermietung erfolgt wochenweise.
Verbindungen: Günstige Direktflüge von Alghero von und nach München/Memmingen, Düsseldorf Weeze, London, Madrid.
